6. Google Ads API Usage
CenterPulse uses the Google Ads API to create and manage Google Search and Display campaigns on behalf of authorized childcare center operators. Specifically:
We create and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting local parents searching for childcare enrollment
We set and adjust campaign budgets per operator instructions
We pull performance reporting (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost) into our portfolio intelligence dashboard
We optimize ad targeting using AI-driven performance scoring
All Google Ads access is explicitly authorized by each childcare center operator through our platform onboarding flow. CenterPulse acts as the agency manager — operators never access Google Ads directly. Our use of the Google Ads API is governed by the Google Ads API Terms of Service.
7. Meta (Facebook) Platform Data
CenterPulse connects to the Meta platform to enable advertising campaign management for childcare center operators. When you connect your Facebook account:
We collect your public profile (name and profile ID) for authentication only
We access your Facebook Pages and Ad Accounts only with your explicit authorization to create and manage enrollment campaigns
Profile data is never sold or shared with third parties
You may revoke CenterPulse's access at any time via Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
8. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at centerpulse@centerpulse.io. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion in writing.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, row-level security on all database tables, secure authentication and access controls, and regular security assessments.
10. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon termination, data is retained for 90 days before deletion. Some data may be retained as required by law.

12. Children's Privacy
CenterPulse is a business management platform for childcare center operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any child-related data is provided by authorized childcare center administrators for operational purposes only, in compliance with COPPA.
