Uploaded documents (such as leases) are processed and immediately deleted

Advertising Platforms: Meta and Google for campaign management on behalf of connected centers

6. Facebook Platform Data

CenterPulse connects to the Meta (Facebook) platform to enable advertising campaign management for childcare center operators. When you connect your Facebook account:

We collect your public profile (name and profile ID) for authentication only
Profile data is used solely to identify you within CenterPulse and is never sold or shared with third parties
We access your Facebook Pages and Ad Accounts only with your explicit authorization to create and manage enrollment campaigns
You may revoke CenterPulse's access at any time via Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@centerpulse.io. To request deletion of Facebook platform data specifically, email us with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion in writing.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
Secure authentication and access controls
Row-level security on all database tables
Regular security assessments
